These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StationPulse mobile application ("App") developed by Taner Şenyurt ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Arrival alerts depend on GPS, Wi‑Fi, motion sensors, device settings, battery level and station data, any of which may be unavailable or inaccurate — especially underground. Alerts may be late, early, or may not occur at all.
Gold, diamonds, and other in-app rewards are earned through play, have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, exchanged, or redeemed for real money, and may be adjusted or reset as part of App updates.
The App, including its design, graphics, sounds, code, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or remove any proprietary notices.
The App works without an internet connection, but checks for a new version once a day when a connection is available. We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. When an older version can no longer be supported (for example for security or compatibility reasons), the App may ask you to update before you can continue playing; the arrival alert you have already set keeps working. If the App has not been able to check for updates for 90 days, it will ask you to connect to the internet once before continuing.
If you send us bug reports, suggestions, or other feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the App without any obligation to you. Please do not include personal information in feedback text or screenshots. Contact for support and feedback: stationpulse@tsenyurt.com.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App or its alerts will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING MISSED STOPS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
